The park stands out diverse flora and fauna, numerous rivers and paths that lead through geographical entities with exceptional cultural wealth.
Visitors here are met with specific way of life of the natives, and the trails are marked and marked.

🥾 BALŠIN GRAD TRAIL

📍 Start of the trail

The trail starts on the local road for Sinkholes, before the bridge, from the intersection towards Zabljak Crnojević, with marked hiking signage.

📏 Length and rise

  • Length: 600–800 m
  • Height difference: 120–164 m
  • Trail type: pastoral/passage, rocky, sometimes slippery
  • Ascent time: about 30 minutes at a moderate pace

🌄 View from the top

It extends from the top impressive panorama:

  • Skadar Lake
  • Settlements: Žabljak Crnojevića, Kurioci, Oblun
  • Mountains: Lovcen, Rumija, Prokletije
  • Zeta Plain, Morača River Valley
  • Peaks: Bobija, Šćepanova glavica, Malo blato

✅ Recommendations for visitors

  • To wear hiking or sports shoes with a solid sole
  • Take away water and sun protection – the path doesn't have much shade
  • Because of the cactus, they are recommended long pants
  • Ideal time to visit: early morning (comfortable temperature and better light for photos)

🥾 OBLUN TRAIL

📍 Start of the trail

The starting point is located at 16 m above sea level, with a plateau at the end macadam road next to Bolje sestre water source.

📏 Length and rise

  • Trail length: about 0.8 km
  • Highest peak: Oblun – 180 m above sea level
  • Height difference: about 164 m
  • Ascent time: about 20 minutes

🪨 Terrain and markings

  • Field: extremely rugged
  • The path is marked

✅ Recommendations for visitors

  • To wear hiking or sports shoes with a sturdy sole due to rocky and potentially slippery terrain
  • Take away water and sun protection – the path is open, without much shade
  • The most favorable period for ascent: spring, autumn and winter

🥾 VRANJINA TRAIL

📍 Start of the trail

The starting point is located in village of Vranjina, between Podgorica–Bar highway and local fishing ports.

📏 Length and rise

  • Trail length: about 1.7 km
  • Highest peak: Velji peak – 303 m
  • Elevation: about 295 m
  • Ascent time: up to 2 hours, depending on the terrain

🌄 View from the top

It extends from the top spectacular panoramic view on:

  • Skadar Lake
  • Mountains: Rumija, Lovćen, Prokletije, Kučke mountains
  • Islands: Lesandro and Shrub
  • Kom Monastery, Virpazar and Zabljak Crnojevića
